Run mate is an individual (up to few friends) to run together on week days, first thing early in the morning, or evening after a day in the office, or just in between-as it works better for you..
the service is open to all levels for a session of 30min up to 2h run,
we can meet down your place, a nearby park, or elsewhere,
you can propose the pace, distance , time, and place, or i could plan it for you / with you, could be for fun, fitness, friendship, race, or any other reason that will make you go out there and run.
