The OSA Running Club

So ye here's what we are doing!!!
This is a very relaxed, all fun and sociable running club where it's not about going fast, it's about getting out there, talking and sharing a cold one with great people, so come along!
Yes you heard right! A short run then a pint to finish. We want to build a community around casual running, running with your mates and with hopefully loads of new people.
Based in the centre of cardiff we hope to be at easy access for everyone at every level of running.
