We’re not here to chase pace—we’re here to show up.

Every Monday night we’re running a 3-mile, stick-together route led by Coach Moi. No egos, no one getting dropped. Just a solid crew moving together.

Pull up to Mohawk, get a few miles in, keep it conversational, and start your week doing something for yourself.

Then we bring it back to the house—sauna, cold plunge, and time to kick it with the community. We’ll have the BBQ going post-run, so hang, eat, and settle in.

Run. Recover. Connect.
* Feel free to bring some meat or veggies you want to grill up
