Aston Villa Foundation and Well Run Brum are bringing the men's mental wellness movement to a brand-new community this Autumn. 

Men of all ages and abilities are invited to join this free-to-access 5KM run, starting at Gravelly Hill Train Station, providing social support for men at a conversational pace.
