Terrain Trail Runners-STL: Women's Only Run - Week 3

WE ARE MEETING AT THE BEULAH SHELTER off SCENIC LOOP RD at GREENSFELDER COUNTY PARK
The Beulah Shelter is located off the Scenic Road which is a one-way road. When you are on Allenton Rd before you hit the visitor center there’s a big sign on your right that reads: Greensfelder County Park you will make a right at that sign and follow the one-way road for approx. 1 mile and the Beulah Shelter will be on your right. You can’t miss it!

- Run starts promptly at 6:00 PM

- Mileage for this run is 4mi EASY pace

- We'll be exploring the rolling hills on the Beulah Trail as we prepare for the STL Women's Trail Summit end of Oct.

POST RUN: Bring a snack to share and we'll provide some Wine

- Please be sure to RSVP and or update your RSVP in the event you have a change in plans so our run leads know who all to expect.
