Hey Antips Athletes,
We're going to be at some pretty dizzying heights this coming December so fitness will be key.
If you download the strava app onto your device, it will track your runs/walks/cycle and will track your progress to becoming a hiker-extraordinaire. As part of the McK Antips Abroad 2015 club, the group will be able to see your awesome efforts and take inspiration in going for that extra walk, cycle, run or activity.
You do not need the app necessarily, you can always manually enter your data on strava.com but using the app tracks your time, distance, gps data etc.
