Like myself, I was going through life sitting at a desk most of my time. This club is for people who want to break that cycle, get active and get moving!
I am trying to run everyday during lunch along the river and across the Goodwill Bridge, always happy for some company and motivation!
Remember, a slow km still outpaces someone sitting at their desk or lying on the couch every time! At the present moment Wednesdays are the best day for most people. And the runs will range between 4km to 10km. All people are welcome from beginner to elite runners. The only rule is no one is left behind!
