There are hundreds (it seems) of Vegan Strava clubs, so this is for those who enjoy a decent rib-eye steak, entrecôte, spare ribs, rotisserie chicken but don't need to tell the world about it....Because, at the end of the day, protein is good for you and necessary for your muscles, bones and rest of body. Red meat, white meat, shellfish, white fish, cheese...it's all good, especially when consumed with recovery beers and wine. Just cycle, eat, drink and repeat.
After all, drafting behind a cyclist who ate too many lentils can be hazardous.
