For the last Track and Towpath session of 2025, we are planning on doing something a bit different this week!

Come and join us for a morning of bouldering at the lovely Mile End Climbing Wall, followed by hot drinks and refreshments!

All abilities welcome- no more than an hour of climbing. Changing facilities, lockers and showers available too.

£5 for an off-peak session
£3.50 for shoe hire

Track and Towpath - Mile End Climbing Wall - Xmas Special

If you are looking for accessible training sessions that can be included in your schedule, then come and join CiRF Simon for his fortnightly runs. 

Here is an example agenda for a new session:

Outside Mile End Athletics Track @ 7.30am
Dynamic warm up @ 7.45am
Mile End Track for our key session at 8am - 8.10am

The sessions will be mixed pace, timed intervals. Open to all runners with the ability to run consistently for 20-30 minutes without stopping

Jog to Yurt Cafe, Limehouse for coffee and breakfast!

Cost for track access: £5.05 for a one-off track session, or £12 for a monthly pass
