We’re teaming up with Superbolt Lab for this one. Here’s what’s waiting for you:
• Free energy and hydration products before the ride

This is a no-drop ride. We’ll run two pace groups; Conversational and Spicy.

Start & finish: 1849 W 1st Ave, Kitsilano

Route: To be announced (80-100km)

Rules:
- Obide all traffic laws and ride two abreast max.
- Know the route.
- Please ensure your bike works and have a flat repair kit.
- Ride within you ability, this is a no-drop social ride, but not a slow ride.
- Road bike, clip-in shoes and drop bars required. No time trial bikes or aero bars.
- Make sure you have lights on your bike.
- Know basic hand signals and call outs
