Calais to Amsterdam - end of June 2018

Date: Friday 22nd June to Sunday 24th June.

Do let me know who is interested. We have a few names already interested and we are trying to make our group as big as we can.
The 3 day trip is at an indicative price of £475 per person MINUS any Microsoft subsidy (which we will confirm subject to numbers). The ride will start from Calais on a Friday morning and end in Amsterdam.

We are using company called Velo Adventures based not far from Reading. See https://www.theveloadventurecompany.com/

• Transportation of all bikes and luggage to and from the UK. (Probably to and from Thames Valley Park)
• Channel Tunnel Costs
• 2 nights stay in Belgium and Holland respectively.
- 1 night in Brugge
- 1 night in Oostvoome
- Breakfast included
- Dinner included
(All accommodation is based on twin rooms. A single room supplement may have to be paid for anyone that wants their own room)

• During the day of each ride
- Lunch included
- Support vehicle
- Transfer of luggage between hotels
- Guided ride (approximately 1 guide for every 10 participants)

Additional costs:

• Transport from Reading to the Channel Tunnel (a coach may be required for a large group size) or a minibus transfer for a smaller group, or we just arrange shared cabs (the most likely option as we will be travelling from all places).

Departure from Reading would be about 5:30am on Friday the 22nd
• If an overnight stay is required down near Dover the night before on the 21st of June then this would be additional cost at your expense.
• Anyone that wants to remain in Amsterdam for a few more days at the end would need to pay extra too.
• Flights home from Amsterdam. We can all book our own.
