The focus is to encourage diabetic people to fall back in love with cycling. Because this illness quickly drains your energy, we learn;
* how to combat the illness with proper nutrition
* become fit, even if its to ride 1/2 mile a day
You do not have to have diabetes, or be ill. This group helps to show not everyone is a multi strong athlete who can race in the Tour de France etc. But if enough people join, hopefully, it will encourage others to take up the sport.
