If you're just starting out and want a light jog or really working towards endurance like marathon
running. We are the club for you.
With slow structured longer distance runs to short distance interval based training, or even cross country. We do it all and want to stress the friendly nature of the club and emphasise that this is training not a competition!
Tuesday 5.30pm - 4K
Thursday 7.30am - interval training
Sunday morning - 10k
