Mixed intervals training circuits. Meet 5:30 Dam wall until it's too dark to train. Then move to Saturdays where route may vary. Very Informal, just Rock up ready to work hard /recover work hard recover, something for everyone, whether its a blast up up the Hill with a steady down for safety ( neutralised) and regroup, then up to Plough and turn it on chaingang to Dam wall. As the group grows, depending on numbers, we will modify it for safety. Still get a Dam good workout ( pun intended).
