30 + 1 Challenge. \Backdrop. Creed and I were talking about how it gets harder to keep training as the light recedes in the fall. SO I have a game for us all to play.
Lets use strava to document this challenge. Just write down 30+1 or 2 or what ever in description of activity. You can also manually enter tread mills and stationary bikes via strava.
30 minutes starts the week.
+1 for each 30 minutes of activity in sport.
-1 for a day off or not going over score.
Minimum for each day goes to current score so:
