Our group is mostly a motivating group that helps people in getting started with getting habituated to running, motivating them to go a mile further and as a long term plan, prepare them for the upcoming challenges.
These are done with steady practice with "No-Pressure" formulae i.e; with fun. :)
We mostly run in wherever we want to and we do not have any specific route or location or targets. We have just one target, getting better..!!
