Friendly and welcoming group of people who mostly run, but also cycle, swim and do triathlons :)
Organised 5k runs twice a week from Lota (7:30pm start - all details on the Facebook page), a 10k run 1st Sunday of the month from Coopers Cafe in Manly and a half marathon with 14k option 3rd Sunday of the month, from the Wynnum Wading Pool.
All events are subject to change (more so the weekend events), depending on external events and organiser commitments, but we try and be consistent! All welcome, from beginners through to elites.
