The challenge is simple, you must complete at least 1 run every day in the year.
1. It must be at least 30min of RUNNING
2. Your run must be completed within the day...no make ups. However starting at 11:50pm is acceptable, and could count in either day
3. International travel, illness or injury do count...if you miss a day by crossing the date line....you're out.
4. This is honesty thing....if you know you've missed. Don't be a dick...own up.
