Like hard training rides with mates? Got a power meter and an Ant+ dongle? We'll be setting up weekly group rides - average 2.5 to 3 w/kg first lap - stay behind race leader. Second lap - raise pace to 3.0 upwards, and third lap go for broke. If you drop the group on the first lap, or if race leader is behind you, wait up and regroup. Second and third ride - go for your life.
