Wednesday Speed Workout London - Twilight Week Two

Join us for week two of speed workouts in preparation for Twilight 5000. The workout is 10-12x 400m off 60 seconds rest. Aiming to run the 400m reps at your goal 5k time, finishing as strong as you started.

Meet at the London Trackhouse for 6pm, bag drop, changing will be available. We will jog down to Paddington Recreation Ground at 6:30pm. Feel free to go direct to the track and meet us for 7pm.

All paces and levels are welcome. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out the waiver before arriving.
