This session is a hill climb workout using two solid climbs within a loop repeated 3x.
The downhill and flat in between the climbs will be used as recovery.

We will warm up by riding out to the climb from Hot Cycles at easy pace. We will return home at an easy pace as well.
Plan to stop for coffee at Source cafe.
The circuits themselves will be at your own pace and we will regroup on the last lap.
