Its summer time, dust your bicycle, oil the chain and saddle up with family & friends for the weekly club probyk practice rides every Monday | Wednesday | Friday

Basic training tips regarding use of gears, cadence, bicycle maintenance, bike fit etc shall be imparted during the ride.
