New Adventures Run Club 2020

Last year was fun, so let's do it again! Shrug off that after-party daze and join us for laid-back loops around the river. At 9am we’ll meet at Wilford Village tram stop, and run our favourite 5K loop around the Trent. The group pace will be 7:00/km, which lends itself nicely to chatting (we'll up the pace if it's mostly regular/faster runners). Don’t forget your kit!
