The rules:
1) You name a time and that is the minimum time you have to do everyday
2) You can miss one day per week but you must make it up the following day with two distinct sessions
3) Any speed or terrain counts and run/walk is fine. It is just about time on your feet, easily building base and discipline

There's just about always time available in your day and this challenge makes sure you find it
