Group run: Strawberry Duck

Meet at the Y Club reception at 6:30pm. We’ll do a warm-up in the Castlefield Arena and then head up the Rochdale canal until the Gay Village. We then head up to Jutland Street to tackle the steepest street in Manchester, before heading onto the Ashton Canal all the way up to the Etihad Campus. There is the option to turn back here, or you can tack an extra couple of miles on (and a little bit more climbing) by staying on the canal and heading up to the Strawberry Duck pub. Re-trace your steps to head back to the Y Club.
