Group Run: River Irwell

Meet at the Y Club reception at 6:30pm, followed by a warm-up in the Castlefield Arena. We'll head through Spinningfields and into sunny Salford, following the course of the River Irwell to "The Meadow", where we'll do a couple of laps. We'll then head further upstream to the end of Peel Park, before turning towards home and heading back through Peel Park and along Salford Crescent back towards the Y Club.

There'll be a variety of pace routes and a shorter route option if desired.
