This week it's Ho-ho-HOaklands! Meet at the Y Club at 6.30. We will do some dynamic stretching and warm up before splitting in to the following pace groups:
1 - Sub 7 min mile
2 - 7-8 min mile
3 - 8-9 min mile
4 - 9+ min mile
The whole route is about 8 miles and there will be a shorter option available! If it's your first time or you're not sure which group to go in, speak to one of the Captains Craig or Sarah. It's best to start in a lower paced group and aim to work your way forward!
