A year into the pandemic it might feel like you’re at mile 26 of a marathon but you just found out it’s a 50K. While everyone is experiencing different challenges, we think we can all agree that it’s tiring and hard. The heady days of our commitment to living room yoga and daily 5Ks feel behind us. We’re watching more TV, scrolling social media more often. And it doesn’t feel good.
