Keith MADE AN ERROR. THIS RUN IS INDEED ON SATURDAY AND NOT SUNDAY AND THIS EDIT WAS MADE AFTER THE POST :).

Look how far we have come from our first meeting at Griffith Park this summer. Since then I have seen a lot of people climbing their first hill, summiting their first peak, and learning trail running is worth every hard step that it requires. And with that our last adidas TERREX x Run With Us Pasadena Group run will be Mt. Baldy!!! This mountain sits at 10k+ elevation and we couldn't think of a better summit to tackle together. A big plus is that it's Daisy's favorite mountain and it's hard to disagree with her.

We know there are multiple ways to get to Mt. Baldy & we found this is the best way for everyone to have a great time without cluttering the trail as well. We will be meeting at 12:30pm to allow plenty of time for parking, our final raffle, the first 20 people shirt give away and then we'll be taking off on the trail head at 1pm SHARP. After you are done we will all be hanging out at the Notch to enjoy some refreshments and reminiscing on what a great summer it has been. There will be no recommended short route option but always know you can turn around whenever you would like. There will be white flour arrows to help with turns on the loop. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to download the gpx before arriving because there is no service once you get closer to the mountain. Although we will make white flour arrows, there is ALOT of foot traffic so it's easy for those arrows to disappear as time goes on.

This route has some altitude changes that require more nutrition than sea level trail runs. We recommend doubling what you normally would bring to sustain yourself for the duration of the run/hike. Im talking to EVERYONE. Be prepared for what will go right and also be prepared for anything unexpected. This trail is amazing in every single way and it's easier to enjoy when you are rolling on all cylinders.

We encourage as much carpooling as possible so there can be room for the WHOLE community to enjoy Baldy as we embark on it. Whether you are able to attend or not able to attend. SoCalTrail x Run With Us x adidas TERREX wants to send the biggest THANK YOU to the WHOLE COMMUNITY. This would not have been possible without y'all showing up and showing out. We love not only how we show up but also how we look out for each other. If you have any questions at all about Baldy please feel free to contact me at 310-935-8686.

Though this will be our last Tour of LA stop for the Summer, please be on the look out for our monthly Community runs and Adventure runs.
