Meetup- 7:30AM Victory Field Track, Forest Park
Let's kick start this Training Route in time for the Brooklyn Half Marathon! The Meetup is Victory Field Track, where we will do a few drills, strides and leave bags behind in vehicles along Myrtle Avenue.
At 8AM Sharp, we will begin running Loops of BOTH SIDES of Forest Park. We will start with the better known East Side, then cross Woodhaven Blvd and head through the west side of the park and return to complete one loop.
Unlike February meetups, all runners will start together. All teammates of QDR are welcome to jump in with our Group Run :)
1 Loop- 5 Miles
2 Loops- 10 Miles
3 Loops- 15 Miles
Following the run, make sure to stick around and encourage your teammates to finish strong! Anyone and everyone are welcome and invited to join us on May 5th :)
