Salmon River Century

A SAG supported Century ride, starting in Etna, CA. Through Sawyers Bar to Forks of Salmon for lunch, then back through Cecilville and Callahan to Etna. Patty will drive a SAG vehicle, perhaps we can get others to join her.

Although this ride will be somewhere between "Casual" and "Tempo", it may not be "No Drop". For a ride of this length, with this much elevation, it may not be possible to keep the whole group together all day. Everyone should download the route to their GPS and/or phone and be prepared to navigate it on your own. Even though there will be a SAG car, everyone should carry tools and supplies to fix flats, or other mechanicals, as necessary.

This is a very climby ride, so be sure you have the gears and legs for it!
It might be fun to stay an extra night and do a shorter, easier ride on Sunday.
