The 3-Step Challenge
1. Set Your Goal: Choose a physical activity that is currently a challenge for you and incorporate the number “22” (minutes, reps, miles, etc.). Click here for ideas.
2. Train: Commit to train for the next 12 weeks to build up to achieving your goal.
3. Execute: Execute your goal every day for 8 days during the 2017 Shepherd’s Men Run, May 22–May 29.
