The goal is to ensure you complete 5kms uphill repeats every Wednesday.
Should weather not permit jump on the treadmill place treadmill on level 5 or 6 incline(Please add the comments accordingly so the Club is aware and upload a pic of your calories counter).
If treadmill is not possible burn the same amount of calories you would have if you ran 5km uphill repeats then add as a run manually(Please add the comments accordingly so the Club is aware and upload a pic of your calories counter).
