With eight weeks to go it's time to nail a long ride with 3 solid (10km) climbs.

Ride will be stopping at Forrest, Lavers Hill and Apollo Bay for toilet & refuel stops.

Finish time should be 8 – 10 hours dependent on abilities. This is approximately an 8 – 9 hour ride.
