INTERVALS
If you feel like more of a challenge, we offer interval training sessions dotted around the city or in the parks. This is tailored to suit all fitness levels, so if you want to push yourself to improve, this is the way to do it. .
RUN
If you fancy a midweek jaunt, join other like-minded people for a Thursday run. The same rules apply as the Tuesday, you can do a 5k or 10k run, with a route confirmed on the day.
