Terry Fox dipped his artificial leg into the Atlantic Ocean, and started his journey on April 12th, 1980. Then, for 143 days he ran a marathon every day, until he could no longer run. Along the way, he united a country, and ran into our hearts as possibly the single Canadian we are most proud to call our own.
This year, to mark Canada's 150th, we've started a movement of Canadians committing to 143 days of continuous activity, starting on April 12th, and continuing 143 days. That activity might be a 5K run, it might be a 5 minute walk, it might be 10 minutes of yoga - that choice is up to yJoin Club
