ICC INVITE YOU TO JOIN US FOR THE NEXT FAMILY RIDE ON SATURDAY JULY 21 st STARTING AT 1 pm. FROM THE RUTLAND SPORTS PARK ILKESTON .
PLEASE NOTE THESE RIDES ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR AGES 7 yrs AND ABOVE.

ENTRY TO COVER COSTS OF FACILITIES WILL BE JUST £2 PER CHILD PARTICIPATING.

These rides are proving to be really popular, and are a great chance to learn or improve your cycling skills, have fun and make new friends, and find out more about our great cycling club.

This time we are going to mix it up. So for the first hour approx, we will be doing a track session at the Rutland Sports Park. Following that with an off road ride with the parents.

The ride will start from the Rutland Sports Park car park in Ilkeston and is virtually all off road, with the route contained within Shipley park, so ideal for families.As usual we intend to run two age groups for this family ride. Depending on attendance the first group will be for ages 7 to 10 yrs, and will be no more 5 miles, the second group for age over 10's, this will be no more than 10 miles. Both rides will have a cafe stop where you can refuel if you wish. A point to remember, the Ramblers cafe doesn't take card payments, only cash. The fun starts at 1 pm and as always a warm ICC welcome awaits you, so hopefully we will see you all then.👍
