We are a social club that's into running, cycling, tennis, eating and drinking. If you like those things too this might be what you've been searching for.
We specialize in helping newbie runners love running by gaining confidence and endurance over time. Our crew is made up of individuals with different fitness levels so instead of running for distance like other crews in the city, we run for time. Most of our routes are planned to be 40 minutes out and back so total distance depends on your personal fitness level. We split up into 3 groups. The Speedsters, Chatty bunch and the Run/walkers.
