This week we turn our attention back to the hills, of which the Upper Valley abounds! Go out and find that long and winding Uphill road! King, Academy, Bragg, Slayton! Even town has one - and I wouldn't stop you from sampling a few. It doesn't have to be a steep grind, it just has to be up and up.
In fact extra point for the longest (not highest) hill!
So run that hill, send us photos and tell us how far. And then enjoy the long and winding down hill home.
