20 miles per week. The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. The Miles can be achieved by running or hiking. For every mile you come up short, you owe 50 push-ups, 50 squats, and 50 sit-ups by the end of the following week. This will be miserable, so lets plan on a 6-week goal and then we can re-visit the distance.
