Sunday Century Training Series with Coach Runel

7:30am meetup, 8am rollout. Weekly road rides of 40-80 miles starting from Barrington Road Pond (West side of Barrington Rd between Golf & Higgins - please note the link to location above does NOT work in Google Maps) designed to progressively build endurance toward a goal of 100 miles in a single ride, aka “a century”. Come train with coach Runel for our annual September season-ending century at Evanston’s North Shore Century!

A helmet, signed-waiver every week, and a functional bike are required to ride, as well as providing your own spare tubes and inflators.
