Friday Long Run:

"Aerobic endurance training" consists in long and steady runs at low intensity. Optimal to build base fitness (required for all types of athletes) and burn fat (desired by many MBA students).

Distance and pace will depend on who shows up.

The idea is to run together: we make sure that each of us is challenged but we always include everybody and ensure that each of us enjoys the run, no matter experience and fitness level.
