Parkrun - Congleton Parkrun

On the first Saturday of each month, the club is going to meet a local Parkrun. It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock. For further details about this run http://www.parkrun.org.uk/congleton/course/

This is also an opportunity for you to bring your family to either to take part with you, support you or volunteer.

If you are not able to run perhaps you could consider volunteering. It is entirely organised by volunteers - email congletonhelpers@parkrun.com. to help.

If any of you have difficulty with getting there, we can arrange for car share. Please post your request on here.
