So, what does it mean to "Learn to Run"? Well it's more than learning how to move one foot in front of the other, but at the same time it’s just that. The difference is, how do you do that when it’s not as easy as just one foot in front of the other? When it’s winter and slippery, when your feet hurt, when life just gets in the way? In this clinic we learn about and overcome these obstacles so that “one foot in front of the other” is doable and enjoyable no matter what the circumstances.
