We are a group of health conscious runners that enjoy training together and maintaining weekly fitness goals and mileage. Personal training goals ranging from couch to 5K, 10K, trail running, half-marathons, marathons, and beyond.
Our group meets weekly for formally organized runs ranging from 5-12 miles with opportunities to add extra miles before or after the group run. Weekly route details/maps and distance are communicated via Email, so please join our Email list.
