Open to all ages and skill levels. Runners should bring their own reflective gear, and head lamp in winter and late fall. Weekly runs held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings year round from January through November. Four Ten Week sessions, starting the Tuesday of the second week in January. Focus on training 5k and 10k races with interval and track workouts. Indoor workouts when the weather dictates.
