This group is designed to be fun as well as competitive and inspire others to push their pace. Wear a frame pack with weight in it, if you are new to backpack cardio, start with 20 pounds. Go as fast or as slow as you want. You control the weight and the distance, you control the level of difficulty. It is better with friends and dogs and you can do it anywhere with anyone no matter their ability or yours. Popular hikes for this group include Mt. Falcon park in Morrison, Green Mtn in Lakewood, the tower trail (back entrance of Red Rocks) & any of the trails or stairs at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
