Please don’t add yourself if you don’t know us! Not a club, just a group of friends.
1. Run 1 mile (or km) per days in each month (no carry over allowed) - jan 31, Feb 28, mar 31, April 30 etc
2. Longest run in the month is the number of the month - 1 mile Jan, 2 miles Feb, 3 miles March etc
3. Where swapping out bike for run, times run miles by 3. (or into KMs for less experienced riders)
4. Don’t understand weights - do what you like & tell me you’re not cheating! 😆
