Started this club to raise awareness on eating disorders, but all are welcome. We shall use running as therapy and an escape from our problems. Remember to be mindful about your reason for running. Over exercising the body is not healthy and can lead to injury and more health problems. Fuel your body with a healthy, balanced diet, surround yourself with friends and family, and take time to let your body rest.
