Hey! This 1-Mile Club (walk/run) is for young and old. It's 1-mile walks/runs (no treadmills) that are GPS-tracked using the free Strava app (so have your phone and app open as you walk/run).
Strava app tips:
1) Install and open it (https://www.strava.com/mobile).
2) Turn volume on/up.
3) Hit 'Run' at bottom.
4) Before hitting 'START', hit 'Settings' at top left.
5) Under 'Audio Cues' and then under 'Run', turn 'Announcements' to 'Mile' and 'Start, Stop, Pause' to on.
6) Hit 'Done' at top right and then 'START.' Go!
7) At 1 mile, a voice alerts you. Hit 'STOP' and 'FINISH.' Yay!
